How to enroll?

  • Print & Complete Enrollment form.
  • Mail to address listed on form (this is NOT where we meet).
  • Include registration fee.
  • Enrollment NOT secured until registration form and fee received.
  • Fees are non-refundable.
  • Make Checks Payable to Enrichment Academy
  • Need to pay with debit card; contact enrichment@enrichmentacademy.org

  • $25 April 1-June 15 
  • $45 June 16-March 31

Tuition

SEMESTER OR MID-YEAR ENROLLMENT
Second semester & mid-year enrollment allowed if space is available.  Tuition prorated determined by enrollment date. 
Fees apply to semester enrollment.

LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE / WAITING LIST
Class size limited.  Students placed on waiting list when space is unavailable.  Enrollment form/fees must be submitted to secure spot on waiting list.

Additional Fees
Additional fees may be required for specific classes for workbooks, supplies i.e. lab, art, etc and/or other curriculum. 
Information available in August.  Due:  By the first day of classes.


Supplies

Supply List
  • Student(s) are responsible for providing personal school supplies. 
  • Supply list available online by August.  
  • Parents may be asked to print documents for class work.
  • Supplies due first day of class.
  • Personal Supplies purchased by parents will be kept at EA for weekly use.
  • Student supplies must be picked up within 2 weeks of withdrawal from program.   Any supplies not retrieved within 2 weeks will be destroyed or given away.

Withdrawals

  • Notice of withdrawal must be made in writing to Enrichment Academy 30 days in advance of withdrawal.
  • If 30 day advance notice is not given, then tuition responsibility must be met for the time period until 30 days have passed.
  • No refunds of any tuition or fees will be made to any student who voluntarily withdraws from Enrichment Academy without 30 day notice.
  • No refunds will be made in the event a student is asked to withdraw from school for disciplinary reasons or violations of school policies and regulations.
  • Students will be considered withdrawn from the program and placed on delinquent status after 30 days of nonpayment.
  • Accounts must be brought current to be considered for re-enrollment in program.
  • Students who have been removed from the program must resubmit enrollment forms and registration fees and complete entire registration process to be considered for re-enrollment.
  • Collection steps may be taken in the event a patron refuses to pay monies listed and owed to Enrichment Academy. This includes fees and tuition.
